A long time ago in the Iron Age, Queen Raphaella (Michelle Van Der Water) gives birth to a creature called the Minotaur. To keep it from ravaging the village, every five years eight village youths are put in the labyrinth and sacrificed to the creature. But one village youth, Theo, (Tom Hardy) believes that his love DiDi (Lucy Brown) whom was sacrificed earlier, is still alive. Against his father's (Rutger Hauer) wishes, Theo goes along with the next round of sacrifices intending to kill the Minotaur. One by one each of the youths are slaughtered and Theo becomes the last. Can he kill the beast and find his love before the Minotaur finds him?
