An abandoned car with a little baby inside is found on the beautiful countryside of Southern Sweden. As the police starts to search for the baby's missing father, they discover that the same family has suffered tragedies before: their fourteen-year old daughter committed suicide awhile ago. Crime investigator Linda Wallander (Johanna Sällström) finds other similar cases and realizes that something horrible is troubling the little town's teenage girls. There seems to be a ring of older men shamelessly sexually abusing these helpless girls, but no one seems to know who's the mastermind behind it all. After a strange incident also Linda's father, experienced inspector Kurt Wallander (Krister Henriksson) is dragged into the dark case.
