Police Commissioner Rizzo (Bud Spencer) investigates the abduction of the niece of a wealthy oil magnate, but he is not satisfied with rescueing the girl and returning her home safely. The kidnappers did not leave ransom demands, and he is interested to know why they had taken the girl, if money was not their first concern. The search for the criminals takes him and Marshal Caputo (Enzo Cannavale) to the country of Egypt, where Professor Cerullo (Leopoldo Trieste) is working on a new method to find oil by means of insects. Caputo does not know that young Bodo (Baldwyn Dakile) is joining them as stowaway.
