Another arms deal, another country. This time it's Romania and the arms deal goes bad. There's guns and shooting and dead bodies. Sonni Griffith (Wesley Snipes), undercover agent, is in trouble again. Luckily, his CIA buddy Michael Shepard (William Hope) can get him out of the Romanian jail. Conveniently, Michael needs someone to escort a witness to New York. And Sonni needs to get out of Romania so he takes the job. The witness is Nadia Cominski (Silvia Colloca) and someone doesn't want her to make it to the witness stand. As Sonni and Nadia to make their way to the States, it seems that someone knows their every move. But Sonni is just the man to find the mole and complete the mission.
