The Prophecy: Uprising is the story of an ancient manuscript called the Lexicon. Halfway across the world in Bucharest, bizarre murders are being committed. The hearts removed from all the victims. These crimes plague detective Dani Simionescu’s (Sean Pertwee) dreams and torment at every thought. He is soon assigned a partner in the case, Interpol agent John Riegert (John Light). Together the two find Alisson (Kari Wuhrer) who is a clerk for the church. She discovered a strange book called, “The Prophet of Lexicon” and it foretells the coming of the Anti-Christ and the end of the world. Both Angels and Demons want this book for their own ends for the ending is just being written as time unfolds and Satan has come for the book in the form of John Riegert.
