Daniel Silva (Fabian Carrillo), a war veteran, decides to serve the government as an undercover agent. Upon his return to his home in East Los Angeles he is shocked to discover that gangs are running rampant in his neighborhood. Unwilling to play the rules set by a vicious crime boss, Thorn (Gary Busey) alongside his psychotic right man named Frank (Lorenzo Lamas), decides to take the matter in his own hands by battling the thugs with the strength of his fists and his sheer will power. Daniel must ensure that nothing will stop him from his quest to defeat the thugs once and for all.
