Major Sophie E. Jean (Yeong-ae Lee) is an ethical Swiss military officer, who is specially flown in to Panmumjeom in Korea in which she is assigned by Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission to investigate an incident that ended up with two dead soldiers. Meanwhile, she is handed with prepared statements from the survivors. Upon analyzing them, she finds an inconsistency with their report statements. One overlooked the trail of mismatched number of bullets being fired which made her doubt the situation even further. She soon discovers that the tragic death of the two unfortunate soldiers is more than just a misadventure.
