Park Mu-Young (Choi Min-Sik) commands North Korean soldiers undergoing hard training so they can be sleeper agents in South Korea. Lee Bang-Hee, a female sniper, will assassinate several people. A South Korean agent, Yu Jong-won (Han Suk-kyu), searches for her because he fears she will kill him. Yu is also supposed to marry Yi Myung-hyun (Kim Yoon-jin), but he won’t tell her about his real job. Bang-hee won’t let an arms dealer transmit info to Yu and his partner, Lee. Bang-hee also kills a scientist who had been working on a liquid explosive. Park sets off bombs in Seoul. Yu and Lee grow suspicious of each other. Yu then discovers a terrible secret about his fiancee’s true identity.
