Simpatico revolves around three people Lyle (Jeff Bridges), Vinnie (Nick Nolte) and Rosie (Sharon Stone). When the three were young and living in California, they made money fixing horse races. Now they are older and Lyle and Rosie have married and are wealthy horse breeders in Kentucky. Vinnie is a loser drunk that knows something from the groups past that could ruin them all if found out. He decides to make amends with his past and right a wrong done to Mr. Simms (Albert Finney). But Lyle isn’t so sure this is going to happen.
