Kevin Mitnik (Skeet Ulrich) finds himself in trouble, when his crimes committed for his own personal amusements grows and forces him to run away from F. B.I. Two years away from home,when he returns back to his native to find two agents McCoy Rollins (Tom Berenger) and Mitch Gibson (Christopher Mcdonald) nearing him. A trick from fellow hacker Tsutomu Shimomura (Russell Wong) makes him to stay two step ahead from his pursuers. How many years Kevin Mitnik can hide from the keep him self underground. F. B.I will make all the arrangements for many years to nab him. Kevin will make his own efforts to keep himself from the clutches of F.B.I.
