This is an action comedy that you can expect from Jackie Chan. Private Investigators Ryu Seaba (Jackie Chan) and Kaori Makimura (Joey Wang) are hired to find Shizuko Imamura (Kumiko Goto) the daughter of a wealthy Japanese Publisher. Ryu and Kaori assistant Seako Nogami (Chingmy Yau) is not to be left out and tags along. It becomes clear that Shizuka is a runaway and Ryo, Kaori and Saeko chase Shizuka onto a cruise ship which is the target of a hijacking plot. In steps an ex-marine Col. Mac MacDonald (Richard Norton) and his team of uniformed terrorist to take over the ship informing the rich passengers that they are all being taken to Thailand. But, he actually begins killing them one by one after playing each at Baccarat. The movie follows Ryo, Kaori, Seako and Shizuko humorous attempts to foil Mac’s plan. Most of the humor centers around Ryu insatiable appetite and comical martial arts sequences, especially Ryu's reciprocal interaction with a Bruce Lee character playing on the screen in a movie theater.
