Gulliver’s Travels is a television miniseries based on the popular and historically critically acclaimed writing of the same name by author, Jonathan Swift. In this adaptation, Lemuel Gulliver (Ted Danson) returns to his native England and tells of his strange adventures to hidden lands all around the world. He tells of his trips to Lilliput and Brobdingnag where his size was either extremely large or small in respect to the native. He also speaks of a place where reason does not exist and nothing is based on logic, just whim. The film concludes as Gulliver is glad to be home and gains a greater appreciation for the great differences between cultures.
